Uganda tour payment options: Paying for your Uganda tour booking:

We have several Uganda tour payment options by credit card, debit card, cash, bank draft, mobile money transfer or personal cheque.
Customers can select their preferred.

When booking online with Msafiri Tours, we offer an encrypted and secure booking system.  
We accept all major international cards including VISA, Master card, Diners Club, Amex and more.

1. Credit card

We have a secure online facility for Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Clients using these cards will receive instructions with their Provisional Reservation Form.

  • Email contact.
  • Enter your credit card details. 
  • After submitting – your financial institution will authenticate the transaction. 
  • Your bank will verify your request and the transaction will be completed upon successful validation.

Foreign Bank Transfer

If you have been quoted in UGSHS but would like to make payment in USD, EUR or GBP please let us know and we will convert your invoice to reflect the correct foreign currency amount and the respective foreign banking details.

2. Cash type payments:

If paying by cash please pay directly at our Reservations or at the bank. Do not send cash through the post.

3. International Bank Transfer

Please request our banking details plus Swift code & arrange payment via your bank.

4. Wise Transfer

Wise Payment Limited gives you the option to do local bank transfers, these payments take 1-2 days to clear or Global-Swift Transfers, which take 4-5 days to clear and are cost-effective, quick, and easy.

Your consultant will send you a personalised Payment link that will take you through to an easy, step-by-step secure online platform where you can choose how you would like to pay and follow the easy instructions.

Transaction Currency

Payment may be made via Bank Transfer in any of our business accounts as per your invoice. We currently offer Uganda tour payment options for the convenience to pay into one of our currency accounts – UGSHS (Uganda Shillings), EUR (Euro), USD (US Dollar) and GBP (British Pound).

Our Terms and Conditions. 

If the payment for your tour in Uganda is not received by the stated date, there is a possibility that your  booking might be cancelled and the relevant cancellation terms and conditions will be applied.
